Patrick Pierre Jr, MS, M.Ed, BCBA joined the PBSFA family in 2014 as a teacher and assisted in the establishment of a curriculum to meet the tiered academic needs of his students. He began his journey in the field of autism as an advocate upon hearing about the autism diagnosis of a young family member. Patrick has a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Behavior Analysis. Additionally, he earned his Master’s of Exceptional Student Education, and later became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In 2018, he was promoted to the Director of Project Next. He is passionate about empowering our young adults to succeed in the community. In his personal time, Patrick enjoys running marathons and traveling the world with his wife. Patrick firmly believes that there is no winning and losing, just winning and learning!
